“The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will reportedly film some scenes near the flat used in Only Fools and Horses.

The area will be recreated to have the look of an East European city with high-rise flats for the third film in the series.

 ”Hunger Games producers have earmarked the same estate as a possible location for the main battle scene, as well as a tower block area in south London.”  [source]
